What are the options for lead generation for a B2B company, with little or no upfront investment? May be where you have to pay based on the lead conversion🤔

As far as I know, this will take heck lot of time to get ur first lead

Sneha Sharma

Absolutely, but here I am not talking about first lead

Indiamart, Brokers from that sector if it’s a commodity/ product
If it’s a service then leads won’t help you will Have to get down and dirty and start calling people. 1/100 will click and that’s enough

Sneha Sharma

it's services, and yes the last resort is cold calling

Google the Industrial Areas and you will get the data.. like MIDC, GIDC and so on. Through google maps. These are specific companies which deal in B2B. Majorly manufacturing companies.

The easiest way to do this is to connect with freelance business developers in the market, you can get into a deal where you pay them a commission only after converting the lead.

2nd there are sales-focused companies whose business is to generate leads for you and they have various options.

any such freelancer you know and can refer me??🙂For my Content Writing services ofcourse🙂. Thanks

I use to do this for Web & app development but not aware of how to find them. I think you will be able to find them through LinkedIn.

Sneha Sharma

the freelancer option is good though I'm not sure how to keep them motivated especially when they would be working on conversion model. For agencies, I have worked for one of them and they charge you more than your entire project revenue, so that is not an option

Try Affiliate Model Or Associate Model

Hire Affiliates in specific demographics who have networks.
Train them for your products/services.
Create Slab for affiliates and offer them commissions to sell your product/services .
Set Milestones in Slab.
Reward them once they achieve a milestone.
Provide Recogntions for best performers.
Track Workflow with ERP's

They will give you more business .

Sneha Sharma

where to look for the affiliates?

Ishu Bansal

try this query on Google

"affiliate marketer" "gmail.com" site:linkedin.com

You can add/modify keywords as per your need

Abhishek Avikk Gupta

1) Run Ads
2) Post in Groups for the requirements.

3) If you are working in a specific area or region ,connect with local people ,start with your own network .
4) Ask your friends for local recommendations.
5) Collab with existing sales firms in your local area who have their own teams and distribution channels and connections.
Offer them white labelling solutions.

+1 for the Quora strategy, it works.

Fb community or LI community groups work great too, but you have to invest time and effort in building the community, and keeping it active and discussions sane.

Keyur Savaliya

agree with your views.

Fb requires lots of time.their algo becoming shit day by day.

Sneha Sharma

Thanks, trying to work on this model only👍

Have you tried B2B service provider directories like clutch etc. that rank organically for your industry and geo? Used to work well back in the day, not sure how effective they are today.

I know about the software directories like Capterra, they work great but are only relevant for product companies.

Sneha Sharma

not yet... Will check them out

B2B services is my forte. Can get you leads for sure but not comfortable working with pay per lead model or commission model. The only reason being it is a hassle to stay on top of tracking commissions.
