How to manage hosting needs at initial phase of business?

is there any company who can take care of all hosting needs.. we need to host .net application and php application so windows hosting . Least downtime. And how to make sure the security like if whole source code is with them and DB in their server then all the leads also there..
Problem is we have shared hosting in Milesweb and from last month it has too much downtime. What ur recommendation for managing hosting needs in initial phase not much traffic.
