Let me give you an example.

We usually work on a creative consulting for our E-commerce clients. Before I even finish my drafts, I know Anindya would like me to add a few more things before the final presentation before the clients. I make the changes beforehand.

So when one of my teammates submitted a reporting to me last week I quickly retorted: 'This won't work. Make these changes'

This does two things:
1. Saves time
2. Builds the 'Apt quality requirement' in your team.
