Durbha Shri Hari .

Alright everything was going fine while I was searching for an accessory for my Phone, now here is an interesting sponsored product ad by Unity on amazon and it claims to be MFL certified whereas they meant MFi certified, you see even in the title and description of product page it’s MFL. See a small error in L & it got me into confusion and many like me end not buying from Unity.

Why so much emphasis on MFi
Check the screenshot describing meaning of MFi certification, so people would consider buying something which is MFi certified because they won’t be risking their expensive devices!

Moral:- do check before publishing anything, and do timely correction if pointed out by someone.

Pls do correct me if I’m wrong here! Will be happy to learn

yes agreed!

I think it is not a typo by them, they are making it look like MFi on purpose mostly to sell more.

And, no I haven't tried their products.

I would say there are different stories to cater.
1) It could actually be a marketing idea or fake one, like Abidas.
2) A few iphone users might not give much efforts into understanding the certification.

So definitely it might be losing out on some sales (if it is authentic) otherwise he is just doing better😅
