Faisal Zia Anwer .

These were the parting words of my boss back from my 9 to 5. I left the job to start my own marketing agency.

For a long time after that a part of me kept believing it.

Every misstep, every failure, every client lost...that voice kept blaring off in my head.

'Maybe I shouldn't have left my job' the thought used to occur to me.

In October 2019, I even got the opportunity to work in a leading marketing agency. But I refused.

And I am glad I did.

Yesterday, I got the opportunity to speak a nationwide summit with some of the best marketing agencies in India. We were, in fact, the only ecomm marketing agency there.

Looking at my brand's logo [The one with the B] along with those biggies made me so happy.

I took a screenshot and sent it a text to my former boss

'You were wrong' He didn't reply. What did I learn from this?

  • A good leader always allows his/her employees to grow. Don't crush their dreams because of your insecurities.
  • Be resilient in hard times. Such moments make the journey worth it!

Never let anyone tell you your worth.

That's extremely disappointing what he said to you but struggles make a man work even more harder and smarter great you changed your life's trajectory

Thank to that boss who did that and let you go thru this step.. If that case would not be you wouldn't be sharing this success. So hard times and such people are the only angel and the mode to transform one. Negativity is the only thing which make let positive feel its presence. Else no one will know anything positive or negative..

Good Luck !
