Curious.
How many of you actively work on your mindset everyday like you'd go to the gym or workout everyday?

Punit Gandhi
I do.
defining daily goals & recognising what type of energy I will have to put in work. Is it creative or just administration or calls.
Also, based on my mood, and the mood I need to follow to be productive, I will listen to the playlist to alter my mood and make myself more efficient.
Mansi Rastogi
Love it. Specially identification of your energy. How much difference have you seen on the days you don't do it and the days you do?
Punit Gandhi
haha, I am still not sure if the difference is because of not being able to define the type of energy or because somedays you are just not productive.
Piyush Soni
I do! Every day one hour of gym plus morning cardio! And to be honest it made me more focussed!
Mansi Rastogi
I need to start the workout again. Do you meditate or do journaling as well?
Piyush Soni
I do meditate sometimes.π
Vishal Dahiya
I have recently started creating one video or photo everyday for myself as a personal diary.
I am a filmmaker at core and I had for a few years only been shooting for money. (Damn)
This gives me the creative satisfaction and discipline I always needed.
I feel much calmer and focused now :)
Mansi Rastogi
Yasss! Stifling your creative side can suck your soul out. I'm glad you found that sooner than later. Thanks for sharing.
Abhishek Samant
I do. Recently I'm actively trying to have a routine in spite of the lockdown. Helps a lot when it comes to just being on track and building your self confidence. Working out on a daily basis and finishing work on a certain schedule isn't really as easy as it sounds lol but it does get a bit easier gradually.
Mansi Rastogi
Working out has been tough for me. But I'm seeing it as a recurring theme here for the discipline.
Abhishek Samant
Yeah. I mean at the end of the day it teaches and forces you to gain more control over your mind and body. Helps. Also, every one learns at their own pace so it's all good as long as you try.
Aditya Raja
I unlearn, introspect & rewire.
Mansi Rastogi
So necessary.
What's your process?
Aditya Raja
no process. Process has a bias. I have my own framework to empty.(Mostly spirituality oriented)
Vinay Kevadia
I do 45 minutes of evening walk everyday without failing even in lockdown. And wants to add one morning meditation session soon.
Mansi Rastogi
That's awesome Vinay Kevadia. I fell off the wagon way before the lockdown. I'm adding it in now. The meditation is still something I manage.

Would love to know what you do in your mindset work everyday.
Shabia Ravi Walia
I change outcomes of situations by creating Visualisations in my mind about the desired outcomes I want. I meditate post waking up, listen to gratitude podcasts to change my mindset from lacking to abundant and then listen/read to two podcasts/books on inspiration/habits for goal setting inspiration. I believe a lot in affirmations so keep repeating them whenever I get time.
Mansi Rastogi
Love love it. Thanks for sharing. Did you notice the change in your outcomes in a before and after scenario?
Shabia Ravi Walia
on a daily basis, I have managed to change the outcomes from disasters to favourable. Ever since I discovered its power, I feel I can do anything I want. It's all about telling your subconscious what to do. And there is a deep science behind it. So it's not humdrum.
